Sampling every 5 minutes

I have a pressure sensor instrument with a 0 - 5v output relating to the 0 - 25mbar pressure, this is connected via a NI DAQPAD 6016. I want to be able to show the current pressure reading and also have a reading taken every 5 minutes so that I can plot a graph of the pressure change. The readings have to be every 5 mins, no closer together.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Paul,

i would think that it doesnt matter if the period between values differs about a few seconds, so i advice you to take the values as single samples softwaretimed. The storage of the values can be done within the acquisition loop in an array contained in a shift-register.
