Save data in a file

Hello, 

My problem here is that I can't save my data over my existing file, there is always an error which say : "The file contains erroneous data. This file is normally a user file of data." 

What I want is to add the new data to my existing file

Any idea  ?

Why do you have a "Write to Measurement" file function and a "Write to text file" function?  You cannot overwrite a TDMS file with text data -- they're totally different file formats. 

What, exactly, are you trying to do?  Do you just want to write your string to a file?  If so, just use the "Write to text file" function.
