And Simulation Interface toolkit 2012(32 bits) and MATLAB R2012a (64 bits) are compatible????

From the previously linked readme fileNote  The LabVIEW Simulation Interface Toolkit does not support 64-bit versions of the MATLAB application software.

Hello sir, I am using labVIEW2013 vesion. I need to interface matlab and Vi. So, i was downloaded SIT toolkit 2012. After installing I could not find that tool in my VI.I was searched in tools.  What is the problem with that....

This is very different question from what the rest of the post is about. You'll get more views and better answers if you post your question in a new thread.

 

I'd also recommend explaining things in more detail for example: What version of LabVIEW you're using, and what's the name of the tool you're missing.

Reading your post again I noticed that you mentioned you are using LabVIEW 2013, which is not compatible with SIT. As I mentioned in one of my previous posts, SIT was replaced with MIT in 2013.
