Stepper motor Control with FPGA and My Rio

Hello, I'm newbie to LabVIEW and i have to make a fpga code that will drive a stepper motor without pc and with a push button. The idea is , when the button is pressed once the myRio will start to rotate motor clockwise and when the motor reach it's limits , the program will use AI to sense the voltage drop on the phases and drive the motor back to 0 point. So i made a code that works kind of and my question is how i have to make the sensing part to be perfect and to be easy for update. Im using this at production facility in my job and it has to be good.

Attach the code (hint -- it will be in a file with the extension .vi).  I'm not even going to bother to look at a "picture of code".  It might also be a good idea if you gave us some hint of the algorithm you are using to get the myRIO to move the motor.  What inputs/outputs are you using?  How are they connected to your motor?
