Struggling in transition from DAQ to DAQmx

Hi,

I've been trying to convert old DAQ to new DAQmx. While I'm doing it, it got a problem, so I really need your help.

I substituted Al config, AI read, etc with DAQ VIs and I think it works. However, as you can see the picture below, the output from new VI is different from the one gotten from the old VI. When I check the values with indicator, they seem to be very close. But I don't know why they look different in the graph. I guess the new VI seems to be losing some samples during sampling.

Could you please give me any thought? I'm really not sure what's happening in there.

You did not attach the picture. It would be nice to see your code as well so I can see if it is something that you are programming.
