Swept Sine for NI USB-6211

I'm trying to create a swept sine that outputs to the Analog out of a NI USB-6211.  I haven't been able to figure out how to get this to work.  With all the tries I've had I've either ended up with a datatype problem when trying to connect to the DAQ Assistant or too low of an output sample rate. (the sine gets really discrete and choppy).  Can anyone help out?

Sorry your having this issue, can I get some info from you like what version of Labview your running, what DAQmx driver and possibly a screen shot of your VI?
