Switch on and off keithly 2611B at interval

I am souyrcing voltage to my chemical reaction. I was using pulse voltage og 3 v 1 min and 0 v 1 min. Probelm is when 3 V Current initially hogh later because of concentration drop current remains around 200 uamp. But when it is swithsed to 0 v some negetive current is flowing of same range i.e -200uamp. 

Now I want to modify the program as 3 v for 1 min and then turn off keithly using labview so I shows nAmp and then after 1 min turn on keithly with 3 V again. Continue this until I stop manually. 

Can anyone please help me? I am using keithly 2611B

What have you tried so far?  

You will want to do the steps manually first, figure out what buttons you press and write them down.

Now download the Series 2600B System SourceMeter® Instrument Reference Manual and do the commands for using GPIB.

They also have a 2009 driver that I saw.
