Where exactly did you see "This was advertised to have labview support"?
Anything that uses SCPI should be programmable using LabVIEW, but to me the words "LabVIEW support" does not guarantee "premade LabVIEW drivers are available". It might just mean that it supports text commands over VISA or TCP/IP, but that you need to implement them yourself.
