Hy, please guide me to complete this command with the step by step

Temperature checking system
1. Use random data 10C-100C
2. There is an option to convert to Kelvin, Celsius and Fahreinheit
3.Use the command if the temperature exceeds a certain level says Hot
4. If the temperature is too cold it says cold
5.hot and cold parameters can be inputted
6. Extreme temperatures will be recorded on the Notepad of the date, month and year and the temperature C/F/K (saved) automatically
7. can display the average temperature of 2 per hour in a graph so that the trend can be read
8.Can display the temperature in real time
