For context, I had a previous thread asking about upgrading from a much older Labview with DAQ mxBase on a Mac to a PC on Windows 11 with Labview 2022.
That thread helped me update sub .vis from DAQmx Base to DAQmx. However, now we are having issues with our NI USB-6009.
It is not being recognized by the PC and we no longer have the older Macbook to test. When plugged in, the light does not turn on. I have tried uninstalling, installing, and restarting the PC so that it has different combinations of the drivers NI-DAQmx and NI-DAQmx Base to no avail. We've also tried different USB cables.
So I have the following questions:
Thank you so much for any and all help.
Best,
Christian

Based on this link, you are dealing with the minimum requirements with Windows 11. So you should be good there.
Depending on the computer, USB can be very finicky. For instance, I have a USB hub that for whatever reason refuses to work on one port on my laptop, but works perfectly on the one right next to it.
I have also found that computer motherboard hubs tend to not meet the USB specification for power capacity. This is especially true for laptops. Because of this, I like to have commercial grade, externally power USB hubs that my devices plug into.
