When the GMD FT DAS was here in HSV I had several different types of Thermocouples installed and they all read about 70 Deg F which was roughly ambient temperature and when heated to roughly 300 Deg F the TC’s tracked in temperature correctly. Now I have 10 Thermocouples attached to the 4353 Thermocouple card and I am taking measurements of between 35 – 40 Deg F on every channel when it should be reading ambient temperature of roughly 70 Deg F. Each thermocouple is attached to the DAS via a cable assembly and I have verified the + & - color code for each cable assembly and I am fairly certain that the thermocouples themselves are attached correctly. Each of the TC’s were attached to an older NI DAS and they mostly all took measurements of roughly ambient temperature of 70 Deg F. The only change is that the old DAS thermocouple cards had grounding screws and the cable assemblies have grounding lugs but the 4353 Thermocouple card does not have a grounding screw. I tried to manually ground the cable assembly grounding lugs on some TC’s to physical ground but observed no change in temperature. Do you have any suggestions on fixing this issue with the Thermocouples measurement?
As a separate issue on a 4330 card in the same DAS I have connected several pressure sensors (PSIA) and I have taken measurements of roughly 14.5 PSIA on most of them which is what I would expect to observe. However on one pressure sensor using the same setup as the other pressure sensors of the same model number I am taking a measurement of roughly 10.0 PSIA. I switched the sensor with a known good sensor and I received the same measurement of roughly 10.0 PSIA. And the sensors are again attached via a cable assembly but on the old NI DAS I was getting a good measurement.

BTW, you're using a lot of terminologies that a typical LabVIEW developer is NOT familiar with.
What is you question, and does it in any way relate to LabVIEW (you posted under LabVIEW board)?
