We are using USB as daq hardware. Actually what I have to do is that our SMU is keithley 2450 so by using keithley drivers in LABVIEW I have to do code to get IV characteristics for TFT.

I am trying to do code by using keithley functions but I can't able to do it.

Why do you think those Keithley device drivers need a TCP reference?

The last time I worked with them they were VISA based!

 

So how does your SMU appear in Windows DeviceManager window? Does it create a (simple) COM port?

How does your Keithley device appear in MAX?
