Hello
I can't manage to install software on my cRio9045.
My laptop has: LV 2019 (32bit), NI CompactRIO drivers (19.0.0), Labview FPGA Module 32bit, Labview Real Time Module (32bit), MAX (19.0.0f0).
I powered the cRIO (18V DC), connected it trough the USB C to USB A cable.
The cRIO pops up in MAX, I can see the IP address, can login with the default password. I can try to Add new software, but or: 1) The process stops immediately (timeout) or 2) after writing for several minutes, the process stops (timeout).
This afternoon I tried to connect both a USB-C cable and a CAT5 ethernet cable (to port 0) and trough a docking station with ethernet capabilities. This wasn't better.
Since MAX is reacting slow and the Real Time Software Wizard is also reacting very slow, I repeatedly repaired (and rebooted) the C-RIO Driver, MAX, and also Complete LV 2019.
All my firewalls are disabled.
I've tested in MAX if everuthing 'is there' to connect. Everything was fine....
What can I try next?
K.

Have you tried MAX resetting?

Guessing: See if you can do a firmware update on the cRIO through MAX.

I'm running MAX as administrator.

Hi,
I just did a firmware update.
Isn't helping.
I'm installing everything again (LV, Real time, FPGA, MAX, cRIO drivers) and will test it hopefully later today.

Can you show a screenshot of MAX Start-up options?

Where can I find the start up options?
Update about the situation:
I managed to install everything I need on a different laptop. And now I was able to Add Software to the cRIO.
With this software installed, the other (my main computer, which I want to use to program) computer still struggles to find the c-RIO. Most of the time I am not able to see the cRIO under 'remote systems'.
When I run 'Troubleshoot Remote System Discovery' it says:
Labview 2019 is compatible
Real-Time Module is installed
NI CompactRIO is compatible with NI Compact RIO 19.0
I just realise that the software package with I added to the cRIO is 19.1 and not 19.0. Is this a problem?
I'm happy that I managed to get the software on the cRIO, but now I still need to manage to get the other computer up and running!
Thanks for helping me out!
