Tools Palate Disapears

So I’m having this problem with the Tools Palate.  I’ll be working on my development station remotely via remote desktop and then once I log in locally (at a different resolution) the tools palate will disappear and I can’t seem to get it back without killing LV and re-launching everything. 

Is there any way to recover the tools palate when you change resolutions?

I have never lost the tools palette (I use the tab to move between tools) but you can ususally shift right click on the FP to bring up the tools palette.
