I have an old computer that has Labview 11 on it and I want to put it on to a newer computer but I do not have any installation media or activation codes. Is there a way I can move the program to my new computer?

You must have an activation code and it might even show on the LabVIEW 2011 splash screen.
It is unlikely that you can just move the installation and if the newer computer is newer that Windows 7, LabVIEW 2011 is not even supported.
What do your LabVIEW programs do? Are there drivers and daq hardware involved? That would complicate things even more.
If you just want LabVIEW for private, non-commercial use, you could look into the free community edition.

Everything Christian said is technically correct but I would like to add a few more details:
Moving an existing installation to a different computer is not something that will ever likely work. LabVIEW is a bit more complex than just an executable and a few data files, and needs actually certain registry entries that the installer will do.
Also a LabVIEW activation is tied to the machine, even if you managed to transfer the activation record, which is unlikely to be possible as it is stored in various hidden places, it will not work for the new machine.
That LabVIEW 2011 is not supported on newer than Windows 7 is true, but LabVIEW itself can be usually installed on most Windows versions. I have tried out older LabVIEW versions as old as 5.1 and got them to install and run on Windows 11. Where it usually goes haywire is with drivers for hardware, they often won't work on Windows systems that were released after the driver was released, and LabVIEW without hardware drivers is for most people not that useful.

If you open NI License manager on your computer you should be able to see the activation code used to activate 2011 on the machine. Then you just need to find installation media.
I have successfully used LV 2011 under windows 8 and 10 with all drivers working fine as far as I can tell.
I know for certain that the 2011 Xilinx FPGA compile tools don't work under windows 11, so I backtracked to windows 10 at that point. Can't comment on how much of everything else was working.
