Trouble installing FPGA xilinx compile tools

I have downloaded FPGA xilinx compile tools 13.4 for my Labview 2012, several times. Every time I extract the Zip folder it gives me an error Part04.cab, file is corrupt. 
It is obvious that without tis part, the compilation tool won't install.

Is there any one who can provide me this part04.cab file separatley?

Are you downloading the tools from here: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/3209/lang/en ?

Are you using the NI Downloader option, or the the Standard Download? I'd rather make sure you are getting a valid installer than hack up your system...

I have used the same link and also used NI downloader. I have downloaded this file 3 times and every time I extract it, it gives me the same error. 
I have downloaded same file twice on one PC then once (third time) on another system. Same error, file is corrupt.

The download is most likely being corrupted en-route to your computer. Can you try downloading on a different internet connection?

I have personally seen this on a flaky home connection which directly related to CRC errors induced by a bad router.

Can you try installing 7zip, right clicking on the installation file, selecting 7zip » Open Archive and clicking the "Test" button?
