Hello Yokeswaran,

What I see in your screenshots are broken run arrows that indicate you have errors in your LabVIEW code, which has nothing to do with the myRIO board.

In the Heart Rate VI, I see you are missing several subVIs that you need to reconnect again to fix the issue.

The second screenshot doesn't have any errors. Can you please specify what is wrong with the Gas Sensor VI?
The third one also has a broken arrow. Please follow the link to debug your code and fix the broken arrow:
