USRP-2954R with MXI connection

The USRP-2954R is connected to my desktop PC with an MXI cable but I can't find it in MAX. I double-checked the compatibility of the NI-USRP driver with the LabVIEW and checked the MXI connection. tried also from the package manager to repair the USRP 20 Driver but nothing is working do I miss something?

Did you try uninstalling and installing it again?

I've had a problem like this but with other device, repairment did not work so I reinstalled it.

Hi Srag Zhran,

I am facing the same issue. I even reinstalled NI USRP drivers but still I am not able to detect it using MXI link.

I am able to detect USRP 2954 using SFP port 0 but not able to detect it using MXI interface.

I hope you have resolved the issue as post is almost 2 year old so can you please guide on how to resolve this issue?

In my case it seems it was an OS issue.

I removed LabVIEW & drivers completely from PC & then installed LV21 along with USRP 21, FPGA 21 drivers but still I was not able to detect the USRP so I tried installing the same set up in another PC & it worked.

There were 2 differences in PC configuration. 

1: OS: Old PC: Windows Server 2019 & New PC: Windows 10 Professional

2: PCIe bus root: Old PC: multiple PCIe bus roots & New PC: Single PCIe Bus Root

As per NI MXI Article Multiple roots are also ok so it seems the suspect is Windows Server 2019 OS.
