Unable to communicate with equipment and NI package manager doesn't work

When I try installing, repairing or unstalling anything in NI package manager it gives the following error message.

I also cannot communicate with test equipment it says no visa resources found.

Does anyone know how to fix these issues?

Regarding your 2705 error, here is a post that experienced a similar issue. After NI asked for their MSI logs, their specific cause was due to Beyond Trust block part of the MSI from running.

This post was the same error but on first install and was due to common directories not being defined:

If these do not help, I would suggest getting the ni-metauninstaller MSI log file and post back here to see if anyone has any additional insight.
