Unable to include NI Vision Runtime 2017 and others with installer

Hi, this is my first time trying to create an installer for a simple executable I made using LabVIEW 2017. The recommended additional installers are below:

After trying to build the installer, however, I get a message that some of the installers can't be found:

I know that I have the 3 installers listed below the software suite, because they show as installed in NI Package Manager. I have not been able to find anything about the NI Embedded Control and Monitoring Software Suite on my computer, nor does it seem to be installed according to the NIPM. Why is it requiring the other 3 installers to be part of the ECM Software Suite, and is it possible to direct the installer builder to them individually? Any advice would be appreciated.
