I recently purchased a student version of Labview 2011 from Academic Software Downloads | OnTheHub eStore. It worked for about a month. Now I receive an error message when opening Labview: "This Evaluation Software has Expired". Why is this happening?
The installation instructions provided by OnTheHub eStore stated that no activation or serial number was needed when installing on a Mac.
I am confused, because I thought I had purchased a student license, but I seem to have been given an limited time evaluation copy. How could this have happened? Can I do anything about it?

Hi StudentAccess,
Did you previously install the trial version of LabVIEW on your MAC? If so, you will need to uninstall that version in order for your Student version of LabVIEW 2011 to work.

I did not previously install the trial version of LabView on my MAC, at least not intentionally. I do know that I never installed a trial version which is available directly from the Labview website.
The weird thing is this: It appears that I did not download and install the student version of Labview from Academic Software Downloads | OnTheHub eStore. It seems that instead I downloaded and installed a trial version of Labview from this download site. I don't understand how this happened, because I purchased the student version.
I am currently communicating with customer support at Academic Software Downloads | OnTheHub eStore. Should I do anything else at this point?
Thank You

It sounds like you may have downloaded and installed the trial version. See if the Academic Software Downloads | OnTheHub eStore can verify that or not.
