Iam trying to control a Unipolar stepper motor through a DIOs of the DAQ device built in the NI ELVIS II.....ok Iam trying to create a Labview VI to control the unipolar stepper motor.....what iam trying to do is control it using half step sequence...
so what I need to do is send a 4 bit binary code to the output of the DAQ device to run the motor because the motor has 4 coils connected to the DAQ.. now in the instructions it says to create a one dimensional array of control codes and also says that the codes should be written in binary and therefore the format of the array needs to be in binary. I just do not how to program this in labview. Attached are the instructions that I found on the NI website that shows control codes. In 2B of this attached paper shows the procedure of create such an array but iam still confused .. can anyone please tell how this would work in labview.
