In the first picture since I attached (PIC 1) shows how it does not give me option for channel (row) or column.
But when I have ring menu it gives me option for row and column.

You are not following what I showed you. You need to disable indexing on the 2D array. As it is now, you are sending in a 1D array to the "Index Array" function, so of course you do not see row and column indices.
