Using PXI 6280 on PXI 1065express chassis

Hi all,

I have a PXI 6280 hybrid card and a PXI 1065express chassis. I would like to continously generate pulses from the counter 0 of the 6280 card as shown below.

In the figure shown i have used 80mHz timbase and i have generated the pulses. But the accuracy of 80mhz time base is only 50ppm. So i would like to use the PXIe 100MHZ backplane clock as timing sorce with 25ppm accuracy. My 6280 card is a pxi hybrid card, but i have inserted it in a normal PXI slot in the chassis and hence i dont see any option to select pxi 100mhz clock as time source. My question is whether i would be able to select 100mhz clock as time source if the card is inserted in one of the pxi express ready hybrid slots?
