Delete the input ("Session In") currently wired to IMAQdx Open Camera, Right-click this input and "Create Constant". Right-click the little triangle in that constant and choose an attached USB Camera (on my laptop, cam0, the laptop's camera, shows up). Run the VI -- it will work.
LabVIEW Vision is complicated. I had several years of LabVIEW and LabVIEW Real-Time under my belt before a colleague "introduced me" to LabVIEW Vision (he needed some help and advise). I hope you are at least experienced in "non-Vision LabVIEW" before byting off more than you can chew.
