VI Example does not run well in my MAC nor in the virtual machine using WIN7

Hi,

I download a thermocouple example from the website. However, it does not run well on my machine. I first tried it in the vitural machine (VM) using Win7. The VI actually runs well but the format is messed up as the attached shows. Later on, I tried to run the example in Mac, the format is OK now but it showed that some subvi are missing as the other two attachments show.

Dose anyone know how to solve this problem? I hope I can run the example in Mac but it is fine to run it in the VM.

The DAQmx drivers are not available for the Mac. You might be able to use the DAQmx Base driver, but check to see if your hardware is supported by that driver.  

What you see in the Win7 VM is mostly cosmetic. Fonts do not cross platforms well with results like you show. The run arrow does not seem to be broken, so the VI will probably run. Move things around, change font sizes and styles and you can probably get it to look OK.
