VI to stay on top of other applications and ACTIVE

Hi, 

I have seen a post '  VI to stay on top of Excel and any other applications'

However I need a little modification that I need the vi to stay Active as well. 

In this case the vi gets inactive although it is running on top. I need to avoid many pop-ups that may occur during vi processing that disturb my HDMI on which I am displaying the vi.

What VI?  How can we provide any help or advice if you don't post your code (forget pictures, please, show us the code) and tell us what it is you want to do?  Have you heard of a "Dialog box", something that pops up and "has the focus"?  A LabVIEW VI can run in this mode ...
