VIPM Issues?

I am trying to download the JDP Science Common Utilities and I am recieving an error message that it could not download the package. Wondered if anyone else is having this issue.

Error Message: VIPM could not download the package jdp_science_lib_common_utilities-1.4.1.18 from the remote server.

Can you try setting your network to use no proxy as shown here:

Also maybe try disabling any antivirus or firewall you are behind.

Setting the proxy to "No Proxy" was the trick. Thank you.
