I ws not able to resize it in LV 2011 until I changed my setting to open the control editor on double-click.
I have that setting on as well. Not working.
Ah, I see now. Clever, albeit fruitless in this case since the graphic doesn't scale. However, it could be replaced, as Ben suggested.

The modern version scales nicely.

The regular and classic controls scale much better. They always look better than the silver controls when scaled.
Pretty much, you can use this "second edit" technique with any control where you find something that will not let you scale it or change it.

It took me a while to figure this "second edit" thing out, but I got it.
Here's two I made, I cleaned up the arrow in paint. Thanks!

Rob,
YOu just picked-up yet another Kudos that I feel is well desrved.
I had given up on the second edit tricks but you have shown me that "thay are back".
here is an aray control with the index replaced by a Guage where you can set the range of the guage and therefor limit the range of the index.
Silly but it could come in handy.
See the atteched 2011 VI to demo same.

You should change the marked solution to Robert's message to indicate that as the correct solution. You can unmark a message as the solution using the Options menu right above the message (on the right-hand side).

To my eyes, they never left. I'm so used to having double click to edit turned on that I never noticed any change.
Thank you for the Kudos. I'm just happy I could help (and show a couple of knights something new-ish).

Of course, you realize that now something else fell out because my brain is only so big, and LabVIEW has way more stuff in it that I can possibly hold in it.
Thanks a lot.

Thank you All guys for this discussion. I was trying to edit the array index like for an hour now. I figured I might need to second edit it but it was all grayed out. Works with the double click (how weird!). Thanks a lot!
