I have Labview version 2018 . One of my friends sent me a project in 2019 version. How can I convert 2019

You can use the "Save for previous version" dialog in the "File" menu for the VI created with Version 2019. See the manual entry here: https://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361R-01/lvdialog/save_options/

As you only have LabVIEW2018 available you need to ask your friend to "Save for previous" for you!

(If you can't wait so long you have to ask in the VersionConversion board!)
