Video matrix software error

Hi, I got this error and I don't know how to send this error to NI support. Anyone in this community can solve this problem? because I am so new in labview. Here I attached the report and the error. Hope someone can help me. Thank you so much.

You should ask the create of that (apparently Chinese) program! (No one else can help you…)
