I am trying to connect computers to a BLe device my company is developing. I have one computer that connects successfully and one that doesn't. I have also purchased 3 BLe dongles and none of them connected. The end goal is to be able to make sure our production floor computers will connect when we start producing this product so they can use the LabView program I have available. (We tried a couple phones and those all connected fine.)
1) After purchasing the dongles that didn't work I found a thread that suggest using the BLUEGIGA BLED 112 dongle. The thread was older and when I researched it doesn't say that it is compatible with Windows 10 or 11. Has anyone used this dongle with these versions? Is there a newer/better option available?
2) Internal BLe modules:
The computer that works is Windows 10.
Module = Dell Wireless 380 Bluetooth 4.0 Module
Driver = 12.0.1.750
The computer that doesn't work is Windows 11
Module = Intel Wireless Bluetooth
Driver = 22.110.0.2
(This setup will find our product, pair successfully but then disconnect within a second or two.)
Anyone have list of internal BLe modules that have connected successfully to BLe products.
