What is this function?

Hi, I'm very new to LabView and I'm trying to recreate this block diagram from a research paper and I can't find what function this is. I think it's some sort of Boolean but I've never seen it before, does anyone have any idea where I can find this in LabView? (Sorry for the poor quality image)

That is a Boolean Indicator (you know it is "Boolean" because of T/F, and you know it is an Indicator because the wire is coming in from the left).  It is probably an old version of the "Round LED", which now looks like this on the Block Diagram:
