How much of a vacuum are you going to try to pull? When you get down really close to total vacuum, things like tape adhesive or some board coatings will want to outgas, and you'll have a really hard time getting there. Even fingerprints will want to outgas at this point!

Deep Vacuum without a fully operational high class clean room environment is not really practical. That includes of course use of protective clothing and gloves when handling anything that goes into the vacuum chamber. And yes selection of things like insulation, adhesive tape and even cabling has to be done very carefully.
I assume one of the two available bulkheads does provide power. I can't even start to imagine the trouble to select a battery that will not cause problems in vacuum.

Yes this is something I have told researchers yet they insist of trying it out anyway
Is there budget for quantum entanglement?
Getting it small enough (esp. without tape) might be tricky. But "try it out anyway" seems like a card blanche to me. And they are researchers 🤣.

At the moment it wont be extra low pressure just yet so outgassing is not too big of an issue but It will be converted and when that happens I will be investigating this more, we have already decided on using kapton wire and tape for the parts we need to replace

These guys do have a pretty big budget, so I have come up with a few solutions in case anything goes wrong but we are also researching how this device will work inside a ultra low pressure

So I suppose with the glass window there was enough to get WIFI to work through the glass which is amazing

You were able to get it to work? NICE. Don't forget to mark your post where as the solution. 🙂

Well there is no solution to this yet as I still don't know how to get LABview to control my PWM on my Raspberry Pi via WIFI.

According to your first post and the subject of this topic, your question about wifi has been answered. It is appropriate to mark this topic as "solved", and if you have a different question, create a new topic.

My original topic is about getting LABview to connect to my Raspberry Pi via WIFI this has not been solved, all we have clarified is that the wifi signal can generate through a vacuum chamber.
