There is a 7 (nearly 😎 year old question on the topic:
https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Will-LabVIEW-run-in-Windows-Azure/m-p/1186035
In CS most OSes change substantially in 3 years, and hugely in 7 years.
I want to make a LabVIEW VI, and have it run in Azure. Can I do it?
Based on the previous question I think the answer is yes. If yes, then how?

Hi,
The quick (and official) answer is: Windows Azure is not a supported OS for LabVIEW
In other words, NI hasn't tested, verified or created any intentional compatibility for Azure. That's not to say it definitely won't work. From the forum thread that you referenced, it does look like there may be some compatibility, but we won't have any content to help get it working or to support it.
You're best bet would be find someone who is currently running LabVIEW on Windows Azure.
