Windows 10 with two task bars

Hi community,

since the update to Windows 10 the LabVIEW 2015 development environment (and 2014 before it) and applications build with it show a non standard behaviour in the task bar.

The task bar is set to be shown on both of my monitors and to display the task bar icon on the monitor the corresponding window is on.

The LabVIEW development environment will show the icon on the monitor the corresponding window originally opens on, it will however remain there even if the window is moved to the other monitor.

This is somewhat frustrating once you have 3-4 vis opened.

Is there a way to configure LabVIEW to standard behaviour? (I say standard because other applications such as Chrome etc. behave the same as windows apps.)

Best regards

Florian

WIndows 10 isn't officially supported by any current version of LabVIEW. It's possible it might come in March/April time with LabVIEW 2015 SP1.

I suggest you raise a support ticket for a CAR with NI but as it's not officially supported you might not get much help.
