Write to Measurement File Column Titles

I am writing numeric array data to an .XLSX  spreadsheet.

When the file is created it creates a title for each column of data as "untitled 1" untitled2" etc etc.....I would like to change the name of these columns. See attached file.

I am at a loss on the best way to do this.

Can you include a snippet or screenshot of your current code so I can see how you are going about writing it? Depending on the VI, there might be an input that allows you change that.
