I used the wrong drivers. Now I use the good drivers and it works.

Hello fcfcfc,

can u give me the link to the "good" drivers please. 

I've used this one: http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=6149

but on the screenshot of KC a saw the ethernet interface, which I dont have.

Hello dear KC and fcfcfc

you helped me to solve the problem. I could add the device with 10001-Port in MAX and downloaded the driver with ethernet support, so I could control Yokogawa. It works well now.
