about control flir a700 thermovision camera

Hello

I 'm trying to control flir a700 with labview.(using port ETH/Poe) (using IMAQdx)

I found an example of Labview on the website of teledyne. "A400_A500_A700.zip"

The video comes out, but the communication is cut off irregularly or the image is not clean

Is there any way to solve this problem?
