activate channels at front panel

Hi,
New user here. 
I have a problem and i am looking for a solution. I have 64 analog input channel for my sensors. But  i never use all channels at same time. Is it possible to select and activate only necessary channels at front panel. For instance; i have 4 channels; "channel#1 and channel#2 and channel#3 and channel#4". I take data from these channels and write a text file as picture below.
parameter name#1 parameter name#2 parameter name#3 parameter name#4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4

when i inactivate 3rd channel, the text file must be as table below;
parameter name#1 parameter name#2 parameter name#4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
1 2 4
how can i do that?

Can you show how you have started with? How you are writing the data to file?

i noticed "Select Signals". i can block the channels which i do not want to record. the problem is solved
