cDaq-9132 (Features not available)

Hey I am learning to use cDaq. In the project explorer window it says that features are not available beside the cdaq-9132. Also when I right-click on the cdaq and click 'connect' nothing happens. I am using LabVIEW 2019 (32-bit) 

I can't seem to deploy my shared variables either, the option to do so is missing.
How can this be fixed?
