Ensure the cRIO and your computer are on the same network. Use a direct Ethernet connection or confirm your network settings.
Power cycle the cRIO to reset any network issues.
If possible, use the cRIO's front panel or a different network tool to reset the network settings to defaults.
Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus, as they might block the connection.
Ensure that your NI software (NI MAX, drivers) is up to date.
