can't see USB in VISA resources

If the device is USBTMC, you will see it in MAX. If you connect a USB-RS232 converter, you will see the com port in MAX. Since you are not willing to provide the information that I asked for and what is necessary to answer, I'm going to let someone else do the guessing from here on.
