  2. Yes, we could help. Please show us what you have tried so far, then tell us what is giving you problems.
  3. We don't do homework for others, but we can give you links to wonderful beginner tutorials. Have you found them yet?
  4. When is the homework due? What did the class cover so far?

Your problem description is not complete. What should the counting speed be? What should happen once it reaches 100?

What should it display if the number is not 32-50? Where should it display "Yes"?
