change background color of specific cell in array

I am trying to highlight the cell where the max value occurs in the attached VI.

Also, as a secondary feature, it it possible to change the background color of that specific cell?

Hello,

I tried your example, but I have data that contains frequency (first column) and then amplitude (second column).  I would like to only highlight the ROW that contains the value of the amplitude above the set limit of -55.  In the attached VI, it will be only the last row.

Can you offer some suggestions as to how I can just get the row highlighted?
