close serial VISA with RTS asserted

Hello,

i want to flash boot into processor via usb-ttl cable. The ISP pin is connected to the RTS:

so, i have to gnd the rts pin, reboot the processor & use the flashmagic labVIEW dll to flash the boot code.

But: after having asserted the RTS pin with VISA property node, the COM port stays in use, so blocking the flashing with: port in use.

Is it not possible to close the COM port with the RTS pin asserted ?

Just got a hint: when processor has power recycled,the RTS/ISP pin may become high again: flashing coud/will succeed. This sovles my problem. pin may become high again, com port may be released with RTS pin not asserted
