color utilities

I have 'NI VISION Acquisition software2013' installed. But Color Utilities palette only showed three VIs (ColorImagToArray, ArrayToColorImage and BayerToRGB). I need IMAQColorValueToInteger and other VI. Please help. Thanks.

I believe that comes with the NI Vision Development Module:  http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/2881

I don't know if you can get it without that module but maybe it's in one of the free IMAQ packages?  If you don't get a response here from a NI engineer (they have blue usernames) just give them a call and ask.  Maybe you can work something out that doesn't require you to purchase the $3700 Vision Dev Module.
