dll call works in source but not in exe

When I am in my LV 8.5.1 source code I am able to make calls to a 3rd party dll correctly. However when I run the installed version of my LV software I get the following error when I try to access the dll:

Error in call to LoadPanelEx

Error code: -94

File not found

Any help appreciated!

Are you remembering to include the dll with the build?
