Short answer, you can't. You could, to a limited extent, transfer digital data through the parallel port. There were some other threads that talk about this, here are two.
As is mentioned in one, there are some relatively inexpensive modules from different companies that will do some of what you need. National Instruments is now carrying some interesting USB units that do digital/analog through the USB port, also.
