error 0 undefined json Command

Hi 

While Executing In LabVIEW i am receiving the error 0 undefined json command can anybody tell how to fix this any example would be helpful for us 

the first image is back end of the vi 

second image is the front panel in that the parameter list is in string format "wdg_hvhv_cla_mon_step"  is there any possibility the string format  can be changed into Void datatype ??

Where is the JSON string being created?  Where is the JSON string being parsed?  You provided no useful information to help us debug your situation.  Can you supply code with meaningful inputs that are causing the error?

All we can tell is that your code is calling some subVIs that output an error.  They appear to have "CCS" at the top which could indicate they are part of a toolkit or driver of some kind.  You need to at the very least provide a link or a download of these subVIs.  If they are used as a hardware interface of some kind, say what hardware they are interfacing with.
